    diet question for dinner....

I was told to come here.

Anyways, I am going to take a few days to get the right diet up. But my plan is to lose some fat.

So My morning and lunchs will be the same, Now for dinner, My wife likes to make different meals every night, so we eat pretty much meat very nightm from ground beef to chicken and fish, or seafood.

Now a basic dinner meal we would have is:

Chicken, with pan fryed veggies, and rice or potato?

Now if I stayed around the same idea for dinner would I be ok?

I find it hard to eat the same all day long and everyday, so if I can eat dinner different I think I would be ok and be able to eat the same in morning and lunch.

Now I have been eating much better then I was before, when I was bulking. I was at 185lb and lost 15pound and got down to 170 and that was with low time at gym, and running I was not doing. so with the power of a tread and free weights and a good 94% diet I think I would be ok.

    Let me know!

try steaming your veggies, have brown rice and have sweet potatoes instead, but watch your portions.

Also try breaking up your meals/calories over 6 meals throughout the day instead of only 3. One smaller meal every 3 hours
