hey guys,
im seeking some experienced help. currently im in my mid mid 20's weighing 165 lbs and have recently lost about 10 pounds due to skipping meals and working too much. i have always been active in sports and am pretty much an all around athlete. the problem is i cant seem to gain weight. i know how important it is to eat, so im changing that, but id also like to try out some help from anabolics. i would like to get about 30 pounds with as little cycles as possible. i dunno what i need to look for and wathc out for. ive heard of the staple anabolics like deca and dbol but i need more advice.
please advise
