So it took me a few days but now i'm starting the log.
so far i've used the lipoflame with cardio twice, and haven't gotten to try out the amplify or raw mcc yet.
for the most part, i'll take as follows
sat - 4 lipoflame upon waking, lift, not sure on how many amplify, probably start with 6
sun - 4 lipoflame upon waking, then cardio
mon - 4 lipoflame upon waking, lift
tues - 4 lipoflame upon waking, lift
wed - 4 lipoflame upon waking, then cardio
thur - 4 lipoflame upon waking, lift
fri - 4 lipoflame upon waking, then cardio
the first two days, i didn't notice much at all, except that i didn't get much sleep. current stats are around 175-180 (no scale =x) 5'9, bf idk.. not too bad. some pics up soon.
