I don't like the idea of liquid form clomid it just doesn't seem accurate enough. I was thinking of Capsule/Tablet. All the suppliers I have seen sell it in liquid form.
Is there any benefit over using Liquid of Capsule?

sure it is, if u measure it out correctly. and if the taste is a turn off for you then just buy some empty gel caps and fill them with the AI/SERM and take it like a regular pill.

Will go with liquid if it has better absorbtion. I did't think it would be as accurate as usually you have to shake the bottle for extracting liquid.
