I'm currently doing morning cardio for 40mins on an empty stomach. I sip on 15g BCAA's during, but was wondering if taking Dymatize Xpand would help retain some muscle.
It is basically CEE with stimulants and Nitric Oxide boosters, but I really don't want anything to interfere with fat loss (even at the cost of losing some muscle).
Good or bad on an empty stomach before cardio?
