    Need some honest advice

I have been working out for quite some time now. I have been on a really good diet in terms of not drinking alcohol or eating junk food.

In terms of cardio, every other day I try to run a mile and improve my time each time and always end with an hour on the eliptical while trying to keep my heart rate below 120-130 bmp.

i have been noticing changes with my body but not in terms of fat loss. I want to start taking some type of fat burning supplement that can give me that extra burst I need. Is there anything that anyone knows that could help. Im looking for something that gives me good results without spending too much.

    Thanks

well for starters get your heart rate above 120-130....quit thinking about your mile pace. just hop on a tread climber or something and go for 30-45 mins. on an empty stomach. and if you can add in another 30-45min of cardio at night...this is just what i do and have been seeing some great results in terms of fat loss..

but by increasing my heart rate wouldnt my body start to eat away at my muscles instead of my fat? that was the only reaon why i kept it so low. but i will def add more time to my cardio, thanks

No. running will eat muscle if you go too intense. just keep it to a decent pace on a machine bro.
