    Thinking of running a Spawn cycle. Start Pics

    Im planning on running a spawn cycle for 30 days at 3 pills a day. The spawn was a gift from a friend so ill give it a go. Sorry for the poor pics ill have better ones on the 8th once i get a digi.

    On top of a 4 day split i have to do 3 mile runs on monday, wednsday, and friday, then pushups, situps, pull-ups and flutter kicks on teusday and thursday.

    heres my pt stats which arent too important.
    88 pushups in 2 minutes
    99 situps in 2 minutes
    2 mile run in 12:21

    Will be running red rice yeast, coq10, and taurine.

    pct will be 4 weeks with liquid clomid and nolva from lion.

    Whats a spawn cycle? Not going to bother parroting the to young thing as I have no idea what your going to be doing lol.

    spawn is tren extreme 30mgs and 8 mgs epistane per pill.

    hell ya man i love my baby its an 07 cobra gt500. anything done to your gt?

    nice car get a chevy...

    make sure you have a solid diet to support the work outs you do... and i would say bf is 16 -17 %... get some measurements for your self to

    chest, arms, forearms, legs, waist - let us know how it goes!!!

    Exhaust and short shift kit, my lady will not let me touch it until its paid..
    hmm Imma have to look up this pill you speak of.

    don't worry about the running to hurt your gains. i'm in the army also.. and i actually seem to make better gains when i'm doing my running.. but just make sure your diet is great..

    i'm in iraq now and two of my friends just got done doing spawn and loved it. don't know too much about what it is chemcially.. but it works.. But make sure you are working around what you know you are going to be doing for your PT the next morning..

    also make sure youw workouts are good.. don't do what other people are doing in the gym. do what you have planned... Military gyms are the worst places in the world for bad form, horrible ideas and stupid people teaching bad habits.
