Lifting on and off for 7 years. Last two years seriously
Getting ready to start 400 mg of Test C for 12 weeks
Diet will be roughly 3200 clean calories
Would like to gain 15 lbs while staying around same bf.
Is this a reasonable goal?
I feel like my chest is lagging compared to the rest of my body, do you guys agree?
