Okay summers comeing around the corner, and im looking to gain speed and 6 inchs to my vert.. last year I went on a size cycle and got up to 215 pretty jacked but I felt like shit on the bball court.. hear are my stats first

Im trying to stay at 200 and lower the bf% to singles, I no im gunna play more bball help me out!
