    Tonight was one of those nights. . .

    Took 4 full-fledge sticks into my butt before I was able to aspirate without pulling blood into the syringe. Kinda sucked.

    I've done that. I coughed so hard that I thought I would have to go to the hospital. Luckily no food was in my stomach at the time because I would've thrown it up since I was gagging. Whole thing lasted about 20 minutes, and my chest would hurt and I'd cough every time I took in a deep breath for the next 5 days or so.

    i always aspirate....only hit a vein like twice ever....ironically enough both times in the glutes, nowhere else

    if you know what you are doing and you know ur body enough than aspirating is not a biggy, but just to be cautious it needs to be done sometimes. i c some docs or nurses they don't aspirate while injecting medecines into your body. i guess they are so confident of them selves.
