Hello group I'm a newbie to this site, thought i'd join in and get some helpful info and knowledge before next cycle. Trying to gain some more knowledge about gear and nutrition before I start again, which will be in about a month. I did a few cycles when I was way younger, and it seemed it was a lot easier then it is now for me. Getting old, 35 yrs old now. Im a newbie fer sure, and just trying to get some more knowledge before I jump into a cycle like an ididot. Ive seen some pics on here guys starting first cycle, and it looks as though they have never even lifted weights before. By no means do I know jack shit, just hear to read, and learnQuestion? I see some cycles on here with people just using Test E alone. What gain would I expect from that? Better to kick start with D bol for 4-6 weeks? What test is the best? Sustanon a waste compared other Test? Does using Deca require a lot longer cycle? I just wanna take my next cycle, and do it the right way and get the max, and just curious if stacking is best, or using just a test alone what I will expect? Ive made some mistake in some previous cycles before, and dont plan on doing it again. Im 6ft 1 about 200# and wanna work on my nutrition the most, which seems to be the hard part. Any advice for an ididot wanting to learn? Ive been reading stuff about cycles and gear and I seem to read stuff that contradicts each other, so any tips ot tricks from the expierienced pro's that have walked the walked would be awesome
