Mon-Chest/Biceps LIGHT abs
Teus-Delt/Traps LIGHT abs
Wed- 1 HR Cardio @ 130-145HR, then train abs with weight resistance
Thursday- Legs/Lower Back LIGHT abs
Friday- Back/Triceps LIGHT abs
Saturday- 1HR cardio @ 130-145HR
Sunday- 1HR cardio @130-145HR
Goals reach 235lbs with under 10% BF
While focusing on my Chest,Traps,Back,Delts
first 3 years @ the gym i never really did bench, traps,back,Delts i always focused on my arms and abs, and worked out the other muscle groups mildley
and during my 1st cycle my Chest, Traps,Back,Delts cought up a little bit to the size of my arms, and my abs hopping this cycle will balance me out a bit more as u can see by my photos from what im lacking i dont necessarily have that V shape cuz my obliques stick out almost as far as my shoulders.
Will post 5 week 10 week and finished PCT pix as it goes further, support would b helpful since i start 2day.
