it depends on how lean the cut is, how it's prepared, etc.

If you get a lean cut it will be high protein, lower fat.

I'm confused. You say the lamb meat is made out of soy protein?

sounds like it is processed lamb meat then. Lamb is great, but stick to the real stuff

Processed lunch meats and things like this always have extra crap packed in them like sodium and preservative chemicals that you really don't need

if it is listing ingredients, that means it is processed !!

lots of meat markets carry processed meats. they slice them on the spot for you, like hams, turkey, chicken, into lunchmeat like slices, ALL PROCESSED meats

If you see the butcher cut it up for you, then you got the real thing !!!

    Simple

Take a lamb roast, trim the fat and cut into chunks

Soak overnight in 1 sliced lemon, 1 sliced onion, and 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped.

Throw on the grill over high heat untill blackened on the outside and tender and juicy in the middle Eat hot off the grill.

This is a traditional Russian dish called Shashlik and it's about the best damn tasting thing in the world.

I agree that there are a lot leaner cuts out there, but as a rule and properly trimmed, I don't think lamb should necessarily be excluded from a diet because of it's fat content.
