I have my PWO meal at like 6:30 ish
Make a steak or meat at like 8:00pm
Then before bed which is normally like 10:00pm i just been taking a shake. I might kick the shake and replace with a small meal.

About a month ago I totally kicked all shakes, even PWO
It might be in my head, because the results aren't that dramatic, but I think I do look leaner and have a little more vascularity. I'm doing an ultra-lean and very slow bulk, so I don't gain a bunch of fat, and I think kicking the shakes was the best move for me. (for my particular goals that is)

LOL agreed. I'm finally gonna start a cut this summer and lean bulk next winter. For some reason I usually find myself cutting in the winter wheras most people are bulking.

I am a big believer of no carbs after a certain time in the night. I will eat either some eggs or I will have a shake with little or no carbs in it.

    Good Choices^^^

I now do a meal of Lean Red Meat being ground meat or a steak or what not, with some combo of different veggies(Peppers,Broccoli,Onions,Mushrooms, etc) and some Almonds or Walnuts.

That being said i have also taken in Starchy Carbs before bed if needed and have seen no negative affects on body composition.

O_O Thats a lot of cottage cheese.
Its too expensive for me and i don't enojy it much. I'll be having 150g of cc at most with walnuts (we have no PNB here) or chicken/steak with salad with olive oil. I like it better.

    depends on your goals

im always bulking. my metabolism is a furnace

so i can afford to have oats before bed and still keep a 6 pack somewhat

but i use the oats and fats from the natty pb to slow down the abosorbtion of the protein and so on
