If you wanna know what's lacking, you have to show us pics of your lats and wheels too bro. All I can tell here is that you have good size and are way bloated, probably because of the bulking you've been doing.
i'm guessing on the higher side of 15% but its hard to tell from just an upper body shot.

if you can get a 9 site skinfolds test done thats the best way to find out and gauge your progress id say 15% you have plenty of time... im 13 weeks out at the moment and ive dropped from 142mm to 111mm and your best to come in at about 30-35 mm just get your diet in check and your cardio... im natural like you so its all about conditioning

Yeah i've always had trouble retaining water. I'll post some picks of legs later today. I'm heading to my strength training class to do a leg workout. And i'll jump on the ball about the other pics as well, later on today. Thanks in advance.
