    Talking New to the Board....

    I'm 28 yrs old and just recently had a anterior spinal fusion on my L5 S1.Its been about a year now and i have lost like 25 pounds and i am ready to get back in shape.I'm 5ft 11 and 150(was 175 before surgery).Cant wait to talk and get to know you guys!!!
