Hey guys im from sunny Aus.
Been training since i was about 16, but obviously suffered from naivety and didnt get into it until i was 18. Did a rotator cuff injury at 19 and started training again from 20 - 23 now. Been tweaking diet, learning as i go, speaking, reading and sucking up any info i can about building. Into martial arts, thats my passion so my building is keeping that in mind. Considering AS ion the future, not now, not until i get max knowledge and gains. 179cm atm and 86kg. Body fats up but not to bad, although could loose a few pounds.
