Awesome diet post by "rambo".I've been looking for a good cut diet for a while now.I'm not a million miles away but will be improved now with that.I wanna do the course right.Couple of things in there I didn't understand.When you say flax,is that casine?my problem was 15 mins after my workout I was consuming a shake cosisting of whey protein on it's own.I've cut out bread altogether and it'll be milk now aswell.I also cut out steaks a while back because I thought they were too fatty!!!
As for the course goes,will I bloat out much and retain much water?Estrogen was mentioned to me but I have
NO clue whatsoever on what to take during my course and after,hence the reason why i'm on here asking the questions!!!!!!!!!A guy I know from the area just did his injections all the time,never took anything during and after and he looked more fat than conditioned and had a big flabby ass!!!Don't want that to be me!

Also are the oxybolins any good for gains-wise?I hear they're harsh on the liver but could be a myth.
