    Newbie here from across the pond!!!Need advice

    Hey guys,new member here from Dublin,Ireland sayin what up?
    Bout to start my very first cycle but lookin for a bit of advice on it from experienced guys before I start.I'm 25 and have been weight lifting for years now.I think i've gone as far as I can go now naturally and it's getting boring lifting now so decided to take the big step up.I'm benching just over 270lbs and can curl 25kgs dumbells comfortably without having relatively large arms!!!Thats just the basics without going into it too much!!!I decided to talk to a friend of mine who's a long term user and he suggested a course of testosterone with 25 oxybolin tablets for the first 25 days.Just wondering is this the right way to go and if so what sort of gains and side affects should I expect to see???thanks guys.

    Test is a good first cyclce. do you know what ester it is?

    there is a lot more to using steroids than just taking them. you need to know what else to use during the cycle and more importantly AFTER the cycle (PCT) to make sure you get your natural test back up and running

    Cool!can you tell me more about the before and after?I'm kinda clueless and would appreciate any advice!!!

    My diet is ok but not great.It could be better!that would be a big thing for me.

    diet is so important, dude. I wasted too much time when I was younger with a shtty diet.

    Awesome diet post by "rambo".I've been looking for a good cut diet for a while now.I'm not a million miles away but will be improved now with that.I wanna do the course right.Couple of things in there I didn't understand.When you say flax,is that casine?my problem was 15 mins after my workout I was consuming a shake cosisting of whey protein on it's own.I've cut out bread altogether and it'll be milk now aswell.I also cut out steaks a while back because I thought they were too fatty!!!
    As for the course goes,will I bloat out much and retain much water?Estrogen was mentioned to me but I have NO clue whatsoever on what to take during my course and after,hence the reason why i'm on here asking the questions!!!!!!!!!A guy I know from the area just did his injections all the time,never took anything during and after and he looked more fat than conditioned and had a big flabby ass!!!Don't want that to be me!
    Also are the oxybolins any good for gains-wise?I hear they're harsh on the liver but could be a myth.
