Help with timing and mixing supplements

I am having trouble figuring out how to take all the stuff I want to take. for example; I want to take glutamine, waxy maize, and protien drinks. I get so confused on when to take these. I have a protien/oatmeal/eggwhite/flaxseed drink in the AM prior to work out.

I want to start taking glutamine and waxy maize as well. Both should be pre w/o and post w/o. Can I just mix all this stuff in one drink then? both pre and post?

Are there any conflicts in the body processing these things at the same times?

It seems like alot of drink mixes, and I drink a lot of water throughout the day, should I just have something in every glass mixed in? I also need to get back on creatine becasue my body does respond well to it but do I need it with the other stuff and if so which drink does it get mixed into?

Thanks alot. i know this is rambling a bit but as stated I am confused on how to get it all in.

BTW I would liek to take NO as well, should I just take the pills?

I've also wondered about when and with what to take certain supplements. For example, glutamine, arginine and ZMA, are better absorbed when taken on an empty stomach. My problem is that I am never on an empty stomach as I'm trying to gain weight.

Anyways, I still take these supplements(even when not on empty) and many of the supplements you mentioned. Here's what I have found works well for me, along with my thought process on the timing. Again, I don't consider myself an expert, but I feel this has worked well for me.

About 30 mins preworkout- waxy maize, glutamine, bcaa's, creatine
    Immediately preworkout-whey protein
Immediately postworkout-waxy maize, glutamine, bcaa's, creatine
    About 30 mins postworkout-whey protein

I like to take the Waxy Maize and BCAA's prior to my protein shakes to help increase protein synthesis.

As for arginine products, I'm not a firm believer in them. Although on paper they sound very appealing, I really haven't noticed many benefits when taking them, at least not enough to warrant buying them. Also, I'm not sure of a study that confirms their effectiveness? If you are looking for enhanced vascularity, diet is the key. Also, many arginine products are sold with caffeine. If I were to buy one, I would opt for one without the caffeine as it works against the arginine.

Arginine products wont aid in gaining muscle much if at all BUT they do provide an amazing "pump" before and during workouts and make my muscles look more full. i only use when off cycle. if you have they extra money i would def try them even just L-Arginine 10 mins before workout is great, i take 5g.

Thanks for the responses. I have been hoping to get more input but haven;t had any luck. Is this just too dumb of a question or is there a better way to get input on it?
