Crazy work hours and bulking diet?

Im 6' and stuck at 180lbs. I've been trying to reach 200lbs for the last 2 years. When I started lifting I only weighed 140. I was up to 185 a year ago and then injured my rotator cuff and dropped back down to 160 during the 8 months I was out. I understand the importance of a strong diet but I work 56 hours a week and have no scheduled breaks because I work on sales commission so right now my diet consists of eating everything I can whenever I can. My question is does anybody have a diet they have used in a situation like this that has worked for them. I'm a hard gainer and any help would b appreciated.

We ALL work..that said, When I bulked, I would make all my meals for the week on sunday, and gladware was my best friend, take a cooler with you

pack stuff , take with you to work, take five minutes and wolf down broiled chicken strips, hard boiled egg whites (hundreds)

where there is a will there is a way......just got to try something new and get those calories in you. wake up in middle of night and have a meal shake

I know we all work i just know some work schedules are a little harder to keep a steady diet with and all the sample diets are damn near impossible for some to follow. I've never been good with cooking so I figured chicken would spoil by the end of the week. Will it still be good by the end of the week? Should the middle of the night shake be a gainer or just any sort of whey?

I always found the worst my work times were the better i ate.. It just takes more planing and you have to bring your lunch.. working 56 hours a week does not hurt your workouts or diet.. only have to put more thought into it.

Alot of the times its the people that don't work that have problems because time mangement and hunger is harder to deal with then if your on the go and planing when and where you will eat..

they say it takes about two weeks to make a new pattern a habit.

give it a try, get some solid food.

chicken should be fine for a week in the fridge, or you could try making just enough for a few days at a time.

when I was bulking, my George forman cooker was my best friend

I just picked up a foreman grill yesterday just to cut down on cooking time. I'm thinking it was a wise investment.

for sure prepare your meals ahead of time, alot of times i have plenty of time to eat but when it is buzy i still make sure i eat, i don't care if i can't get but 5 minutes i wolf it down,my main objective during a break is to get food in my body and not worry about relaxing and socializing if i have time for that cool but if not hey im nourished.
