    I have been taking wheyprotien from 5 month tell now and i will continue my question here do i need to take time off between bottle of wheyproten and other or what ? any idea here

    No, these arn't steroids. No need to cycle protein not unless you feel like putting your body in a catabolic state.

    No... you dont need to cycle protein... just like you don't have to cycle your potatoes. Your livers fine when taking protein, just drink lots of water. If yer afraid that yer livers going to crap out, which it wont, take some liv 52 or milk thistle or something

    3 scope and am planing to make it 4 scope
