Well as you can see I don't have many posts but have been lurking for a while nowI'm 26 years old, 5'8, 175lbs been working out steady for 7 years all natural.
Here's an Idea of a new lean bulk diet, please tell me what you think and what I might want to change/add.
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites
1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef 200g
green veggies
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast 150 g
250g rice
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna
Veggies
1 tbsp Mayo
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein
1 Glass Skim Milk
60g of Dextrose
Meal 6: PPWO
Chicken Breast
250g baked potatoe
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Cottage Cheese 250g
25 Almonds
Meal 8: Before Bed
1 Scoop Whey
1 Glass Skim Milk
My maintnance seems to be around 2600cal, this should put me 200-300 over that if my math is right.
