Hey everybody,
I am 22 - 6'3" - and 200lbs right now
The last couple years have been a roller-coaster for me physically. I have been "chubby" for my whole life until 2 years ago, I started working out and dieting. I went from 215 to about 170 and then started having problems. Partying way too hard and abusing my body I landed at 130lbs. Then I cleaned up and launched up to 250lbs.
6 months ago I started dieting hard and working out daily in an attempt at being healthy and looking good for the first time in my life. Now I am down to 200lbs and have really started taking all of this seriously, which led me to finding these forums!
I have a million questions so I have been melting the 'Search' on here; hopefully you all don't mind me picking your brains though...![]()
