    anyone else's workout this short

    This is what I have found to work for me or let me put it this way, I am happy with the results I get from working out this way.

    I only hit one body part per day. I only do 3 excercises per part and 3 sets per excercise except for shoulders because I do traps that day so there is 4 excercises. I do 6-8 reps with the heaviest weight I can use to only do that many reps.

    I do 4 warm up sets 12 reps, 10 reps, 6 reps and 3 reps with the last one being about 80% of my workout weight.

    I rest 2 mins per set so the whole wokout takes me about 30-35 mins total.

    Each week I do something different. Week 1 chest I may do dumbells, week 2 barbell and week 3 hammer machine for each body part.

    I am in a cut mode so I do cardio for 30 mins after this so all in I can have a strenght and cardio work out in about an hour.

    Just wondering if anyone else is this short because I hear of people in the gym for hours.

    i train HIT in and out 45 mins unless im BSin

    I do between 14-18 sets each workout and it never takes me longer then 45 minutes.

    Ipod in, no chit chat about chris brown and rihanna ect ect. Stay honest on rest times and it's peace out.

    I usually do around 15 sets total for a workout which seems to be good sometimes a few more or a few less.

    I train 2 body parts/day - cardio for 5. Monday and thurs same, tues and fri same, wed legs/shoulders. I superset everything except for wed. Lets say for monday,Ill do 1 warmup set of 50's for dumbell presses supersetted w/50lb barbell for curls. I ll wait 60 sec then do it again for 3 more sets adding weight each time. Ill start w 50's and end w 70's, on the curls Ill start w 50 and end w/75. Then Ill wait about 2 minutes then off to the next 2 exercizes the same way but w/o a warmup for 3 sets of 8-12. This will take about 15-25 min onless I get distracted by some more Chicago corruption on the tv, lol. Then Ill do 45 min cardio on the treadmill.
