Immediate Post Cycle Training and Diet Strategy

Would like some feedback from the board on good strategies for post bulking cycle strategy.

Do you continue to lift with same intensity for, say the next month or so? Do you back off a bit?

Do you continue to eat like a mad man? Do you cut back some?

Assuming you are doing all the PCT things the right way, what works and wha doesn't?

    Just curious...

This would probably be best in the workout forum or the PCT forum

Agree, you can probably make a case for it to go in any 3. It is cycle related, diet related, and workout related. Not interested in PCT aspects (med wise) - we know what works there...

Chose this forum because folks who are in the workout and diet forums may not cycle, but folks in this forum all deal with this. Appreciate any feedback...

cut back intensity and calories. Depends on how much weight you gained. If a lot I would keep calories just slightly over maintaninace for a month so your body can adjust to new weight. Then maintainance calories for about a month. then go to cutting.
