    question on supplements

    Im 5'10'' bout 205lbs and have a BF% of about 16-18 i'd say. Any feedback would be awsome because i've never messed with anything before, and in the past i would always hit a pleatu or certain point when i just wouldn't seem to get any bigger, usted to make me so mad that i would almost stop working out because i'd be so fruststraighted. Any input would be excellent, i mean i've taking vitamins and protein and stuff but just wanted to see if theres anything out there worth picking up thanks. o Btw i been lifting for maybe 9 years or so off and on. this was my longest break tho prolly close to 2 years :O

    So what's your question? I mean there are a lot of supplements that are "worth picking up", and a lot of supplements that are meant to do a lot of different things. What are your goals? What sort of training are you doing at the moment? How is your diet?

    well my diet is pretty good now, since i just starting lifting again. I eat about 7 meals a day lots of protein and calories with very lil fatty foods. I have a good diet almost same diet i usted to use when i wrestled. On the excercise part, umm i use the 2 days on 1 day off,( its kinda like not a day off cause i do cardio jog about 2 miles or so)always seemed to workout good for me till i hit that plateau . My goals hmm, well i would like to keep my weight to what it is now about 205-210 but i would like to be cut the f up lol. thanks for the help guys.

    can someone please try and help me out, it would be greatly appreaciated thanks. once again my goals are to be really cut, and stay at about the same weight maybe gain a lil like 10-15lbs.

    So your think diet is good but you hit a plateau? Post your diet in the diet section and we'll detemine that. Additional supps will be worthless if your diet sucks.
