well my diet is pretty good now, since i just starting lifting again. I eat about 7 meals a day lots of protein and calories with very lil fatty foods. I have a good diet almost same diet i usted to use when i wrestled. On the excercise part, umm i use the 2 days on 1 day off,( its kinda like not a day off cause i do cardio jog about 2 miles or so)always seemed to workout good for me till i hit that plateau

. My goals hmm, well i would like to keep my weight to what it is now about 205-210 but i would like to be cut the f up lol. thanks for the help guys.
