Thread: Simple question on oatmeal.

    Simple question on oatmeal.

I feel like an idiot asking this, but I dont no the answer lol

Im not a fan of oatmeal if I cant add some brown sugar to it and im trying to cut up, so my question is, is there any difference if I cook the oatmeal or if I just blend raw oats in with my protien shakes?

Like I`ll still get all the nutrients out of the oatmeal if I just drink uncooked oats right?

I no yas are thinking man up and eat the oats without the brown sugar, but its so much easier to just slam them in me in a protien shake.

Saw it the other day at the store. can't remember the brand, it may have been ON but not sure. Anyway it was way too expensive for what you get. Not many servings per container.
