Been workin out all most my adult life, 'sides a stroke or bloodclot here an there from time ta time... My arms are right where I want them to be, but Ive been havin some trouble with my gosh darn midsection and quadtriceps.... no matter what I do cant seem to build em up... Just near bout faint when I do 10 sit ups, (thats with momma helpin me from behind I aint goin' lie to ya'll, heh heh)..
I be drinkin mah myoplex from time ta time, but for desert cuz it remind me so much of momma's chocolate doble laya cake she done makes...
Anyway just wanna welcome mahself to the board and any advice I could give I'd be more than happy ta help any beginning or otherwise.. I got some great techniques, in fact, fixin on startin some pilates next week!
Thinkin bout goin on "the juice" as ya'll call it, any suggestions would be most 'preciated...I put a pic up just so ya'll can tell my current bodybuilding level im at... My gosh darn uncle Hal says some good ol moonshine he fixes up in his back yard'll get me as strong as an ox... Sometimes I think hes done lost his mind... Anyway thanks ya'll for havin me!!
