Im new to this so any comments are welcomed and needed. a little about myself im 5'7 right now around 184 i was 239 so a very big big boy. im only 19 years old. ill upload a pic asap. a before and current. Now a lot of my boys that i workout with say winii-v is a great cutter but everything i read online says its nothing special and cardio and diet are just the way to go. I feel like i do a lot of cardio every week and diet right i just dont see a loss of weight in the past 3 weeks. So im thinking about taking one of the 2 supplements even though there basically the same thing right?
