For most people, Jimmy's dosage is fine. But, some people are sensitive to uppers, like me. I would up the dose slightly every day until you get to the recommended dose just to make sure you can handle it. But yes, ECA is the most effective fat burning stack I've ever experienced.

I've never been a fan of clen.
I've always heard that clen burns more fat but for me ECA has always worked better.
hmm - i like them both and both work well ...considering this is the supplement forum i figured eca would be appropriate...
The plus to taking clen vs eca is you take a dosage once a day and you're set. Also it is very cheap. I've never done a real hardcore eca cycle so I can't tell you how the sides compare to eca.
