No one has ever reached their full natural potential. Anyone who gives you a specific answer to your question is not doing much more than giving you an educated guess at best.

I feel this is a good guide, but as stated its impossible to give an answer, im sure this link is ok as its not to another site, its just a chart..

will it be logical to aim for say 13kilos in a year or so with adding little bodyfat ??
right now i am about 180lbs at 6 feet 1 inch and bodyfat is sure less than 10% looking gto bulk up 13kilos without adding much fat on my frame hopefully,not sure if thats possible though
I remember my first 2 years of training i was able to gain alot of weight, now after 4+ years of training natty its becoming harder and harder to pack on more muscle...you just have to push yourself that much harder. I make myself want to cry sometimes it hurts so bad hahaha
i will be on the top of the world if i reached my goals in a year,wish me luck guys and if anyone have any tips to reach my goal pls tell me...ps i am a hardgainer
