    No energy

Alright guys im in between cycles right now. my next cycle will include tren a so im tryin to get my bf% down. im at 14 right now and want to get to 11 or 12. im startin my cycle in late april so its definitely do-able. ive never really tried to follow a "cutting diet" til now, always just tried to bulk. im eating 300+ grams of protein a day and about 200 grams of carbs. obviously im cuttin the carbs, which i have never done before, always had my carbs at or above my protein intake.

alright so heres my problem, I run out of gas at the gym or during cardio. mid to end work out i have nearly zero energy! this never happens, even in the past when im in between cycles. i know its because of my low carb intake, but ive been going at this for about 4 weeks now and my body still hasnt adjusted! no energy will and is effecting me big while im tryin to cut body fat..............any advice?

you could try a pre-workout supp or some injectable b12

write out your diet and lets have a look

sorry phate, stepped away for awhile last night. alright here is my typical days diet right now.

730 am: 6 egg whites, 1.5 oz of oatmeal (sometimes with a banana)
10am: snack- peanut butter banana sandwhich on multi-grain bread
1230pm: 8-10 oz chicken breast with veggie or salad and 1/2 cup brown rice
    230pm: trail mix with raisins
    300pm:workout
    500pm:PWO shake
600pm: two 8-10oz chicken breasts or a white fish with a veggie
1000pm: egg whites and a fruit with (changes here) sometimes cottage cheese, peanut butter, trail mix, salad or a casein protein shake before bed

**eating schedule and workout will change depending on work schedule. i either workout around 1030 am or 300pm. if i miss anything in my diet its a snack
** eating very little or 0 carbs past 6pm
** cardio varies: either in the morning before 1st meal, at the gym or at night but i very rarely do that
** when im bulking and or on a cycle i eat a lot more than this (obviously) and about 1-2 more full meals. carbs are higher than protein as far as grams and obviously here its reversed

seems like your body is just not used to not having massive loads of carbs, you should get used to it in a couple weeks
