Its not that many calories, I always eat either the sugar free, fat free, or the lite version and it is a good snack to treat yourself to once in a while.
my thing is, if it's sugar free and fat free with very little cals,
then it probably tastes like nothing,
wouldn't be much of a treat to me.
At 1 gram of sugar and 1 gram of fat is it a great way to kill a sweet tooth without doing damage.

I like the sugar free popcicles. They do it for me everytime.
