I left my drivers seat with my vehicle in cruise control to go make food and it crashed so I won a lawsuit what the fcuk is that. It's called a dumbass

How does that judge still have a job???? How did the plaintiff argue that leaving the wheel while on the highway going 70mph and making a sandwich is something that a "REASONABLE" person would do without being warned??????????????????

who ever is responsible for all these court decisions, and responsible for allowing the cases to happen....does not diserve to be an american!!!!! they are a disgrace and I am deeply dissapointed in the system and country for allowing this to happen.

foreign cars came up with a way to avoid this.. CC that slows down according to the car in front of you, and can come to a stop, then accelerate again. but you still need to steer.


yeah those are ridiculous. some aren't "new ideas" but its even worse that people will win because the court has ruled the same way in previous claims
