    Need Advice for Bulking Cycle

    Well ive been visiting this website for years, but this is the first time i post. I'm 24 yrs old 5'10 185 lbs. I took my first cycle at 20 yrs old. to be honest i didn't know wtf i was doing. i worked at ballys and took advice from all the juicers. i did gain weight which is what i wanted, but my first couple cycles werent really cycles. i would start the cycle and then 4 weekds in i would go out and party and get fu***d up and figured i had messed up my cycle so i would stop. 2 weeks later i would start loosing weight and start again. I know i was an idiot! Thank God it never really had any ill affects on my body because i did that sort of thing numerous times. I did this for about 2 years ( not 2 years straight, just on and off). I guess i was just immature and loved to party. I also felt like i couldn't go the gym without juicing. Well a year ago i got married and had a kid so i have completely settled down. i took a cycle about 6 months ago and got good results. i took
    dbol, test cyp, and deca, and got good gains. for pct i took nolvadex and clomid. i kept my gains and most of my strength for about 2 months and then lost alot of it. before the cycle i was weighing 178, during the cycle i got up to 201 and now im at 185. i went to the diet thread and got a good bulking diet (http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010). This is a perfect diet for me in regards to my bmr, i did tweak it a little by adding 1 scoop of weight gainer 900 (serving size is 4 scoops) to each of my whey protein shakes except the night serving. Well basically i would just like some advice on what to take for my next cycle. I want to bulk eventually to 200 lbs at about 8-10% bf. I know i won't get there in just one cycle. But where should i start? I don't know whether to take your basic bulking drugs like dbol and test or to just take some anabolics to build lean muscle. I know from reading the threads that there are many people here with great experience... a little help would be greatly appreciated! And yeah i know i fu**ed up when i was younger but i didnt take that much.. and I'm serious now..

    how did you run your test/deca/dbol cycle

    master your bulking diet first. it'll take time to get use to intaking that many calories / doing it properly. Then, once you've got that downpack, do a test only cycle. You'll be able sustain much more of your gains due to proper diet / training.

    wks 1-4 dbol 20mgs ed
    wks 1-10 test cyp 500 mgs a week (mon and thurs)
    wks 1-10 deca 450 mgs a week (mon and thurs)

    i never really dieted. since i was trying to bulk, i kinda did the old school massive calorie bulk. but this time i want to eat good calories. its just confusing how everyone will tell you something different. Different philosophies i guess. when you go to intermediate cycles, on the bulking one, he tells you he believes in the oldschool approach to bulking(basically gain as much weight as possible by eating everything) yet when you go to the threads most people believe in a clean bulk. I just want to get the best results and keep them.

    clean bulk is the way to go bro..get that down and go from there.

    test/dbol would be fine..

    if you go with the test/deca/dbol id run it like this..

    test E 500mg 1-12
    deca 400mg 1-10
    dbol 40mg ed 1-4

    thanks bro! well the deca i get is 450mg so i take half a cc twice a week, and the test is 300 cyp or enth. i can shop around see if i find some single vial test, but as far as the deca goes, i can only get 450. 40mg of dbol will make me look like a fu**ing wall! at 20 mg i got huge! is high blood pressure an issue at 40mg?

    ehh run the deca at 450 then.. ft the blood pressure becomes an issue at 40 back it down.. hell, maybe just run 30-35mg if you want..
    if it would be easier just run the test at 600.. not that much difference imo..

    You guys all sound really knowledgeable. So, I'm just going to throw out there what I'm doing and let you have a field day telling me I'm retarded.....Just finished 40mg DBOL daily for 50 days. I week break. Now:

    SUS 250 every 6 days - 1.5cc
    DECA every 6 days - 1.5cc
    STANOZOLOL every 3 days - 2cc
    DECABOLIN (prohormone) - 70mg/day

    GASPARI NOLVA x 4 at night before bed
    LIV 52 x 8 per day

    Should be done cycle in about 4 weeks, went from 212 lbs to 242 currently. Bench went from 335 to 425 currently.
    Slight agitation, but no visible sides.

    Have just ordered more Nolva for my month off, then going to try the same cycle as above replacing Methyl-test with Decabolin and no Winny. Going to up the SUS and Deca to 1.5cc twice a week.

    Background - Have been working out hard for 15 years, had tinkered with some 19 norandro when it first came out and a couple weak AAS cycles. This is hte first time I'm going 'all out'. I'm 33 and have paid my dues, so I figure it's time to see how strong I can get and still stay "safe". Somewhat safe anyway!

    Honest thoughts and commentary would be appreciated.
