    New to ECA stack, questions

would lipodrene be good for ephedrine?
    NoDoz for caffeine
and the aspirin i have is 325mg, is that high?

Im doing cardio for 2 hours in the evening. Adding that with Myoplex Original meal replacement 3x a day, and ECA 3x a day would that be good?

can anyone recommend better supplements or anything that would make this better?

2 hours at once for cardio isnt good you should split them up. one in the morning and one at night for 30-45 minutes each. most people just go with 81mg asprin and try to eat more solid food instead of mrp's

Doing cardio for more than 35 minutes straight is an absolute waste. your body begins burning muscle instead of fat after about 35 minutes of straight cardio. weight training burns more fat for a longer period of time than cardio so make sure your weight training as well. good luck

To add to what rattlehead said do high intensity cardio along w/ weight training. Sprinting intervals, sessions where you try to get a new mile time, etc.

SPRINTING INTERVALS! good man! sprinting intervals incinerates fat faster than just about any other method of cardio. My top 3 forms of cardio: Sprinting Intervals, Jumping rope, and swimming (although swimming doesn't force any negative resistance, it's almost purely positive movements. and I am a strong believer in negatives)..

If you are truely sprinting you shouldn't be able to go more than 30 secs. You your weight training then hit up the treadmill and do sprinting intervals. 30secs sprints then few minutes of running then repeat.

Is this a fact or opinion? I have heard of over doing cardio but have mostly been told to keep low intensity steady state cardio to 30-45 min. I think longer than 1 hour would be over doing it.

I read it in the book "The Abs Diet". You can read the studies that were done to back the facts if you read the book.
