Hey guys, i have been doing research on this forum for the last few years and absolutely love it. I never had registered until now! wanted to ask a little professional advice...

I am 5'9 179lbs.. i am 21 years old. I have experimented with some gear over the past few years. its been over 2 years since i used anything. I have used some different types of test and thats about it. I work out lightly at my home in the winter, but i competitively waterski everyday in the summer months (march-nov) i do about 30 minutes cardio 4 days a week right now. I am pretty happy with my strength, but id like to advance that without a doubt. I really feel as i need to tone up and define my midsection and chest. i have some ab definition on my upper abdomen, but my lower is not so much. I came across some oral winny that i purchsed a few weeks back to help a friend out, i am looking to start that up, but i would like some good advice on diet, workout and cardio to further help reach my goals.
