hey guys so after my workout im really exhausted and normally to tired to do abs... i know going to the gym twice a day is bad but does that apply if you go later in the day and just do abs and no work on the muscle group used earlyer that day

Yea, thats fine.
Sounds good to me. I lift in the afternoons but for the past 2 weeks i've been hitting the gym early morning to do cardio and abs 4 days a week then lift later.

have you seen any results yet from doing cardio and abs in the morning?
why not just do abs at home in the evening?
