Smile EX Gym Rat - Now Online Newbie!! Thanks for having me!

Hey, how's it going everyone!! I'm a 30 y/o SoCal male with 7+ years of weight training experience to include 4-5 years on and off cycle. However I haven't been in the gym for, going on 4 years now, except for lite weight (familiarizing myself/body) sessions 3 times a week over the past 4 months. My lapse in lifting has been due to motorcycle accidents resulting in a few timely placed surgeries. I must admit I am completely new to this online open forum and online purchasing methods. I've been doing my research though, have already learned a ton, but am really looking forward to all the years of expert advice you all have to offer. So, thank you for having me, and looking forward to making some new friends with my same interests. See ya in the gym!!

Hell yeah they do!!! Especially when not only did the accidents physically impact me for life, but totaling a $38K custom chopper hurts the wallet as well as the ego a bit too.

Yeah, I hear ya, the things we do for a rush huh! Was going 90mph on my chopper on the 10 near Venice Bch when I swearved to miss road debris. Shoulder problems now, and 2 knee surgeries later, here I am. I feel lost in the gym still, definitely not the same confident weight slamming, respect getting guy that I was. So I turned to this forum, hoping to gain perspective, inspiration, some new friends, and a couple of solid connects, through time of course.
