    Question New guy wanting some tips (will greatly appreciate help)

    Hey yall im new to this place. Im about 5 11, weighing about 187. i have about 15 pounds of body fat on me but am looking to put on some serious size then get super cut. I eat seven to eight times a day with a calorie intake of apporximatley 3,500 (300g protien, 350-400 carbs, 60-80fat)

    I always make sure my workout is intense but i want something that will put me on top with making my hard work the greatest outcome possible

    What product should you recommend i take to obtain my goals?

    What is your age?

    Diet like? lay out your typical days meals and times

    do you know your Bodyfat % ?

    This will help.

    I am assuming you are looking into some steroids to take correct?

    i am 19 years old andused to be 240 pounds fat lol

    typical day

    6am- protien shake (30g protien) banana (30g carbs)

    7am- 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of nonfatmilk (54g protien 67g carbs, 20g fat)

    10am- protien shake (30g protien) apple (30 carbs)

    11am-WORKOUT

    1230pm- postworkout shake (35g protien 70carbs)

    2pm- 2 cans tuna(50g protien 14g fat) , 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, orange (60 carbs)

    430pm- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapples, 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
    (28g protien 38 carbs 12g fat)

    7pm- 8oz of meat Chicken or lean ground beef, 1 cup cooked brown rice and sometimes add tbsp of olive oil (50g protien 60 carbs and 20-30g fat)

    10pm- casein protein shake (50g protien), 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter (9g fat)




    im not too sure what my bodyfat is

    i would probably have to say 18 to 16 percent bodyfat and am looking to take steroids... i wana be bigger but loose the fat and if i have to do one the the other that cool but i am completely new to this

    19 IS TOO young for steroids

    lets get your diet in shape first

    its not terrible , but too many shakes, need real food and good proteins

    steak and chicken are your friends

    why is 19 too young lol, i just want something to put me on the edge and help me loose weight. i cant get rid of the fat i have and gain mass

    i always try to do one or he other and am sick of it, can you please help me and let me know of something that may work

    oh please dont' make me tell you all the reasons it is bad for you at your age.

    its 2am here.....lolol

    at 19 you have SO much natural hormones running through your body that you don't need to shut that down to inject extra.

    the older you get , that is when your hormones start to slow down and we need extra to compensate

    at 19 you risk shutting down your natural hormones for GOOD !!!

    you can make GREAT gains with just a change in diet and training.

    its all about diet, you have to be dedicated to the right diet

    even steroids dont' make up for a bad diet

    Then when i get to the cutting phase i can use it continuosly but change my diet to cutting diet

    you don't have to put on much fat as long as you are eating the right foods and the right amounts. it takes dedication to follow a good diet

    this will help get you ready for steroids, as it takes MUCH dedication when you are on cycle to eat right and rest right

    See, this isn't as easy as just popping a pill and getting huge, it takes a lot

    well i understand dedication because i did loose 60 pounds of fat through hard work.
    when i train its intense and i make sure that i am properly breaking down my muscle tissue and i try to sleep at least 7 hours and if i only get 6 like i did last night i take a nap later

    cardio isnot really in my routine but i am goin to try an incorperate it.. i lift monday-friday and i was gonna do some low intesity cardio for an hour on sat and sun.

    well, low intensity cardio on a steady basis will help keep that bf down

    i know but sometimes its hard because thats all i can fit in lol. i take 19 credit hours at college and work 30 hours a week at starbucks so its the best i could do

    see if you can incorporate your cardio after your lifting (like 30min), would be one suggestion.

    there are alot guys on this board in your situation (FT school, PT jobs), and they will jump all over this and tell you there is no excuse, cuz they get it done.

    well i have to lift between class because i literally dont have time, i have no excuses if i could i would but a literally am on the go, i normally have to get up eat and pack all my food for the day then go back to sleep. Plus i Guarentee you that 1% of the students that are here do not take 19 credit hours. (English comp2, Business, Calculus, Computer Systems, Chemistry and Chem lab, Western Civilization)

    so basically i am a freshman and almost got my associates Sooooooo screw excuses lol i just am a busy person because the only time i would have during the day is sper early in the morning and super late when i get off work around 11 and there aint no way in hell i am goin to sacrifice sleep because i give 7 hours normally which is just enough for growing

    but yea whoever can give me advice that be awesome! Knowledge is power

    ...and i am power hungry!!!!!!!! lol im just glad i aint a fat ass like i used to be, my motivation to get super ripped is too feel like i have completly put everything in the past, start a new thing lol. Ive been through a tough time but through all of it i can say that workoing out has always been something i could rely on to make me feel better. I wanna make every single person who used to make fun of me feel bad for saying everything they said when i was fat. they feel bad now because i lost alot and look a little athletic but i wanna blow peoples mind ya know
