Hey yall im new to this place. Im about 5 11, weighing about 187. i have about 15 pounds of body fat on me but am looking to put on some serious size then get super cut. I eat seven to eight times a day with a calorie intake of apporximatley 3,500 (300g protien, 350-400 carbs, 60-80fat)
I always make sure my workout is intense but i want something that will put me on top with making my hard work the greatest outcome possible
What product should you recommend i take to obtain my goals?
