    best stuff to use?

    whats the best juice to use for longer lasting and that will get me ripped with no water retention. i was looking into drostanolone. it is hard to find. anyone have any other suggestions and to maybe how it can get aquired? thanks!

    there is NO magic pill or compound

    it is mostly diet and training, the steroids just aid and help get you over plateaus

    im aware of that. im just looking for something to sauce things up. Im 32. 5-10 198lbs. i work out 4days a week with some pretty intense training. i have wednesdays and the weekends off. i eat good food, salads some meet and veggies. i stay away from all junk foos. i love pastas. i dont consume a whole lot. i have a goal to be in great shape in 6 months.

    hmmm sounds like you need a bit more research

    its not as easy as just taking "something", there are things you need to take during , and after to keep you healthy..

    PCT is the most important part of using steroids

    there is a whole section here on that , so I would suggest you read the stickies their first

    Diet is the key to any cycle and to all your gains

    First steroid cycles are best kept to a single compound of Test , so you can see how your body reacts to it, preferable test Enanthate or cypionate

    stanozolol (winstrol) Everyone will tell you not to take it alone without a test,... but i have done it twice (50mg a day for 20 days about 5 years ago - and 50mg a day for 30 days just recently) both times i combined it with morning cardio,.... dedicated lifting, and just about 75% in my bodyweight for grams of protein per day.... i lost alot of weight (tummy fat issues) meanwhile,... tho i was aiming at just maintaining the muscle i had, or at the worst, minimalizing the loss,... i actually put on muscle.... not much, but the goal was to lose fat, shred up, and look ripped. it worked.... everyone on here who recomends test with it, means well, but might not understand your goals.. atleast i personally wasnt trying to become super bulk like many on here --- the strength and definition was dam near permanent.... where as 5 years after my first time of a winny only cycle,... i finally now needed to fine tune it again,... and fine tun- i DID.... hope i helped any --- and you wont find any water retention with winny,.... some mistakingly believe it is a fat burner,... this is not true but it helps alot in aiding- peace

    ^^sorry bro but no matter what you have read winny WILL NOT burn your belly fat. i have run winny more times then most people and i love the results when im under 10% but it wont burn fat off of your body
