up to 3 bananas, cut the shake and add 50-60g of lean protein
7am: 8 eggs only 2 yokes 3 wheat toast and 16 ounces of skim&more milk
go ahead and add somemore carbs here, personally i would cut the toast and make some oatmeal with the skim milk
9am: p-shake and fresh fruit cup ( my fruit cup is about 24oz)
cut the shake, 50-60g of lean protein, i would have some chicken and a couple potatos here, cut the fruit cup
12 noon: p-shake
again, lean solid food, steak/chicken/tuna with some potatos or brown rice
1pm: steak 16 oz or more or one of those already made chickens at stop and shop
throw in some carbs and you're good
3:30pm-4:00pm post workout: roast beef extra beef from jersey mikes and p-shake on ride home.
probably okay here, i don't know what jersey mike's sandwich is like though
6pm: usually a tuna with oil and balsamic vinegar and a nice big steak with steam broc and brussels.sounds good
after that I usually down another p-shake before bed and pick on fruit and veggies.
