    Thoughts?

    6'5" 335lbs
    about 10% bf
    27 years young.

    Thinking about changing what I was going to do to this:



    Week / Test.E / Danabol / Winstrol :
    1) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
    2) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
    3) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
    4) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
    5) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
    6) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
    7) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
    8) 500mg/week
    9) 500mg/week

    run the test e for 12 weeks.

    the winny dose is ok, but I'd run it at the end.

    dbol dose is low, imo.

    whatcha got lined up for pct?

    no not first cycle.
    my diet is retarded looks like this:
    5am: 2 bananas/ p-shake
    7am: 8 eggs only 2 yokes 3 wheat toast and 16 ounces of skim&more milk
    9am: p-shake and fresh fruit cup ( my fruit cup is about 24oz)
    12 noon: p-shake
    1pm: steak 16 oz or more or one of those already made chickens at stop and shop
    3:30pm-4:00pm post workout: roast beef extra beef from jersey mikes and p-shake on ride home.
    6pm: usually a tuna with oil and balsamic vinegar and a nice big steak with steam broc and brussels.

    after that I usually down another p-shake before bed and pick on fruit and veggies.

    my dead I haven't done for max in about 3 months. My next comp is 3 inch bar deads for reps with 675lbs. I hate doing the over under hooks when doing deads.

    well while your critiqueing my eating what would you run a cycle of for someone really only interested in strength? I have asked this many times but never get any real solid answers. I know everyone is different and all but what i'm asking is just strength gains and keeping as much of them as possible.

    1 guy told me that I should do var and wini if all I wanted was strength and to keep as much of the gains as possible?

    it's a hard thing to answer because most of the AS you take are going to increase size as well as strength, the only ones i can think of that target strength in particular are halo and cheque drops

    first thing, you need to know how many calories your body burns on a daily basis, why? because without knowing that you can't even begin to figure out how many calories you need to eat to lose/gain or do whatever

    this formula will give you your basal metabolic rate, which is basically a measure of the amount of calories your body would burn if you stayed in bed all day and did nothing

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    yeah that's what I thought based on research, but never done either and have heard that gains are good while on and keep around 70% not too sure how true but I want to keep around 85%+.
    Cause I get tested for this next comp.

    cheque drops are a bitch to get, but i've heard with halo people have gotten great strength increases with very little mass increases

    you might want to post a question like this over in the powerlifting forum, they would probably be better suited to answer it since our goals are so different

    go ahead and add somemore carbs here, personally i would cut the toast and make some oatmeal with the skim milk
    9am: p-shake and fresh fruit cup ( my fruit cup is about 24oz)
    cut the shake, 50-60g of lean protein, i would have some chicken and a couple potatos here, cut the fruit cup
    12 noon: p-shake
    again, lean solid food, steak/chicken/tuna with some potatos or brown rice
    1pm: steak 16 oz or more or one of those already made chickens at stop and shop
    throw in some carbs and you're good
    3:30pm-4:00pm post workout: roast beef extra beef from jersey mikes and p-shake on ride home.
    probably okay here, i don't know what jersey mike's sandwich is like though

    after that I usually down another p-shake before bed and pick on fruit and veggies.
    what kind of shake before bed, if it's whey then that's not a good idea, i would eat somemore steak and have some nuts

    Nah I deff couldn't. Before I started strongman and just played high school football I was always just big and heavy. I'm not retardedly ripped just big and solid imo.
