27 yr old - interested in starting - seeking help/advice

I've been looking around for a while at information, and feel comfortable with the risk/reward of a few steroids.

As a former 3 sport high school athlete (yes, a decade ago) I use to lift hard. I did again in college for a while. Got a sales job, with an on the road salesmen's diet... and supported McDonalds for about 3 years. (gross, I know-- 50-55 double cheeseburgers per week...cheap, but I was addicted).

I ballooned up to about 255-260. I'm 6'2. My bodyfat was around 33%. In Oct of 2008, I changed jobs, and my lifestyle. I'm happy with the transition, as I'm down to 230. My strength is up, body fat about 20-22%.

My goal is to cut -- especially before summer. (and continue improvement of strength, getting leaner, better cardio... I'm ready for a long haul, but I'm hitting a little plateau. )

I was looking at starting with one of the following, or two of the following
    1) Primobolan
    2) Anavar
    3) Winstrol

    I keep hearing different doses.

    First , welcome to AR

second, posting your email and asking for someone to email you is going to get you scammed. Please remove your email and edit your request for someone to email you how to buy steroids

NO legit source will contact you , so anyone that does no matter what their story will be out to scam the newbie.

bodyfat is still a bit high, best to be under 15% before using steroids.

what is your diet like? post what you eat in a day and when

the basic first cycle is Test ONLY but you are really not ready yet as there is much more to this than just taking a steroid and getting ripped.

stick around and we can help

    My diet is:
Morning - bowl fiber one cereal
    10am protein shake
Noon -- this is the wild card, I do eat too much, usually out to eat with co-workers
5pm - something small, sandwich etc.
    then I workout
back from the workout I have dinner - nothing standard for dinner, but usually decent, some meat, veggies, maybe a pasta.

I'm getting good rest. I currently lift 3 days a week in the evenings, in addition to about 2 morning workouts in a group setting - bootcamp like, lot of body weight challenges, sweating, resistance bands etc.

(Thanks for the advice as well so far everyone)

I suggest checking out the diet section here and get on a good cutting diet as what you posted is all over the place with no reall good meals in there

Diet is everything with or with out steroids.

    thanks T-Mos
So that diet link still showed a 5,000 calorie day -- is that ok for someone like me still trying to cut weight?

i would say its probably impossible to cut @ 5,000cal/day. i would try half of that and see where it takes you.
