    supplements and timing

Hello to everyone out there. So, I'm 5'10", 190 lbs and have a pretty high bf % (high teens). I'm athletic and have worked out on and off most of my life. Recently I have slacked a lot (full time work, full time student). I am getting back into the gym and organizing my plan. I want to bulk up for the next 3 months. My body seems to support bulking well. But since my bf% is high now, I don't want to get sloppier than I already am. Since I am starting all over once again I know my strength and size will go up easily, but I'm trying to capitlize on it. Right now I have ON Whey and casein proteins & men multi-vitamin, super pump 250 and monohydrated creatine. What's the timing on this stuff. Obviously the casein will be before bed, or anytime when I will be away from food. Whey will be throughout the day, and pre and post workout. Whey pre-workout shake before superpump? But, I have used NO Xplode before, and it killed my stomach pre workout. So, a protein shake and that would make me want to sit in the bathroom more than work-out. And creatine? Post-work out and before bed? Mixed with casein or seperate? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
