    aright guys...

    everybody at this forum is scared shitless of gyno...

    im not really scared shitless of getting it cuz i already have pretty extensive gyno from my adolescence.... anytime i get fat, i get the shitty bitch tity.. cant help it.. genetics suck..

    i take alotta precaution when i cycle and use ai's...

    my bf has always been a bit high.. the lowest iv ever gotten it is like 15-16 percent...

    is there anyone out there who is like me and has dropped their bf down to let's say 10% and had the gyno be virtually unnoticable??

    i ask cuz im bustin my ass to drop down to 10 percent.. right now im at like 17-18 percent.. (started off at 28) it's been a long road...


    im lookin into surgery.. but hey, options are good too...

    usually becomes more noticable if the surrounding fat is lost. It might shrink but most likely not go away on it's own.

    I had it from when I hit puberty, had surgery and now it's gone with a barely noticable scar

    When I get fat I also get some abnormally perky man titties. I've done plenty of browsing around on the subject too.

    Staying under 10% is the only ticket. Also look into Masteron and Helios for help. If you live in US then I think there is an OTC topical cream similar to helios but not illegal and not injectable.

    If its a full blown hard lump then I think you need surgery.

    yea.. it's a full blown hard lump...

    didnt even know what gyno was till i started gear... always just thought thats the way my body stores fat..... gotta deal with it..

    Didn't cost me anything because i was in the Military and had it as an elective surgery. Otherwise I think it's a Grand...maybe a bit more... per side to get it done by a surgeon. It's a relatively short procedure and they don't necessaraly have to put you under for it. I was though. Took a total of 45mins from the time I walked in to the time they woke me up. Didn't have to place a drain but stiched it up, put a bandage on that came off 3 days later....Scar is barely present now.

    Gland was completely removed. It had hardened up and became kinda painful. Hasn't returned. Although, when I cycle it gets a little puffy but clears a few months after the end


    ....oh and size... I think they siad the dimensions were something like 2cm x 1cm x 1cm. Almost oval shaped

    shit, i think im even worse then those dimensions.... glad to hear the surgery isn't that much of a pain in the ass...

    That was only the size of the hardened gland, he took out a little bit of fat around it also

    Don't know for sure my bf% bu if I had to geuss it would have been the low teens. I've never really had a lot of fat on me.

    once those glands harden up, thiers no amount of cutting or dieting that will reduce them to nothing
