    Fun with PCT!

I was considering running 10-20 mg of Nolva throughout my Test E/DBol 12 week cycle, and then continuing the Nolva for a couple weeks afterwards, combining it with Clomid.

Some said that I should throw in some Arimidex as well, but then others said that may be overkill. I'm sure someone can answer this for me. What do you all think? Is the Arimidex too much?

BTW, I can get Nolva and Clomid, but unsure if I can score Arimidex or not.

From what i have read, arimidex should be avoided unless gyno appears. Also using arimidex for long periods will cause estrogen reflux once stopped. Just keep it for post cycle or if a situation of gyno comes up.

Definitely don't take nolva while on cycle...only during pct

you shouldn't take anything unless you NEED it

and if that is the case, arimidex would be just fine

What kind of signs should I be looking for if gyno is coming on? I heard about breast tenderness, is there anything else pretty common? I could probably just google the answer. Why don't you wanna take nolva while on cycle? I know I got a lot of questions, pretty inexperienced with gear

Nolvadex is a SERM. It only blocks estrogen receptors. Also, it may inhibit muscle growth. It lowers IGF1, I believe. Still, many people rely on it. It does work for gyno (when not using a 19nor like deca or tren) and honestly I think the "hurting gains" rap is blown out of proportion a bit.

Arimidex is an AI and is the first choice for on cycle estrogen protection. It acts by helping prevent the aromatization of the testosterone to estrogen. So instead of just blocking the receptors we are actually lowering estrogen and keeping the test level higher.

Estrogen levels that are too high can cause more problems than just gyno alone.

Gyno symptoms.... Typically itchy or sore nips is a good indicator it's coming on. Small tender lumps may appear around the nipple. I personally get swollen nips with each cycle as a consequence of water retention-- not the same thing as gyno.

It's important to not get carried away with estrogen fright. Having estrogen in your body is good for a lot of reasons. It will help gains among other things.

Sweet thank you very much. This will be my first cycle, gonna start around July. I am probably going to run straight Test E or C 400-500 mg EW for 12 weeks, then do my PCT. Nothing has caused more anxiety for me than proper PCT and gyno prevention. I'm not worried about the needles, "roid rage," or any of that goofy stuff you hear about on the news. I've been lifting and dieting long enough to where I got a good idea of what I need to do there too
