I use a little bit of glut with bcaa powder for am cardio. Not completely sure if it's helping out. I do know i'm not losing any muscle. When I run out i'll do the cardio without it and see if I notice a difference.
As far as creatine goes, unless you respond greatly to it, save your damn money. Biggest joke in supplements to day. I've used several tubs of top brands, and finally quit taking it, and i'm making the same if not better gains eating right. Trade in the creatine for a good during workout drink like intrabolic/puprlewrath or something
