Hello we all now that we should avoid carbs after 18.00pm if we want maximum fat lost and ripped abs, but what about those who train after 18.00 after they are out their works? After the workout we should consume carbs to replenish glucose, so this meal would be around 20.00pm after the workout is finish than go to bed at 23.00, wont we get fat taking carbs at this time during the day? Should i consume simple cabrs or complex crabs like grits?
