    1st cycle

    Hi,

    im new to steroids but i have been training in the weight room for the last 8 years... strong commited for the last 2. I have basic knowledge of cycles as my brother and friends did many successful cycles in college.

    my stats:

    25yrs old
    6'1"
    203lbs.
    33" waist/ stubborn belly fat and love handles
    body fat % was around 11-13% last time i checked.

    diet is decent, can be better

    take in around 3600 cals a day,

    breakfast: Protien shake/cereal or cereal bar or yogurt
    snack: banana,nuts
    lunch: grilled chicken salad
    snack: nuts, maybe turkey sandwich
    workout
    whey shake
    dinner: chicken break or tuna, brown rice, fat free yogurt, veggies

    im thinking i need to start eating dinner b4 i work out

    I am looking to add some lean mass (and keep it) but i am unsure what to look for. Some have suggested Test, D-Bol, Winny... i have done a ton of reading on these and i am still unsure.

    A friend of mine suggested HGH. Its a bit more expensive but looks "cleaner"

    help?

    forget the HGH... test only is a good start but you need to get other things in check before you start

    Start with TEST only cycle...
    1-12 Weeks Teste
    2Weeks break after last injection
    14-18 Week PCT (nova,clomid)

    Keep adimex in hand....dont use it until any GYNO effects appear

    If u have a good diet...
    U can except 25 ~30 lb
    but u gone keep 15~20lb

    lean muscle

    depends from person to person
