Hi, I've been referencing info from these boards on and off for about a year but only now got round to creating an account.
I'm from the U.S. living in Asia. Lost about 20lbs of muscle here as the food isn't as good as back home at all, Its hard to find good sources of carbs (brown rice etc) most common carbs here is white rice, add that with the high heat and humidity its a constant battle to stay hydrated and keep the weight on.
